for some weird reason which i have yet to resolve i cannot submit anything to the art portal.....i enter all the information i make damn sure the file is correct in size and when i hit submit it just sits there for hours on end i tried to refresh the page.....nothing......clear my browser cache......nothing
any got any ideas? im kinda at a loss here

maybe you pc work slow for up draws...use refresh button or reset you pc.

nah its not that My PC is pretty high end and i have restarted it many times over, and whenever i upload to DA its fairly fast
i mean i used to be able to upload to the art portal just fine but now it just tells me no lol
