I have a few suggestions.
#1- make something of nothing after surfing the web for countless hours
#2- borrow a car? I'm sure SOMEONE will let you?
#3- join a syndicate, worst they can do is send you to jail where you wont have to worry about much (might want to push for a private cell through violent actions....)
